Three Grand Prize winning students will be chosen, one from the pool of entries for each of the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade problems.

The Grand-Prize Student Winners will each receive a laptop computer with Microsoft Office Home and Student Office products (Approximate Retail Value $550).

529 Plan

The Grand-Prize Student Winners will each receive a $3,000 contribution to a 529 plan (a college savings account).

Runner-Up Prizes

Three Runner-Up winning students will be chosen, one from the pool of entries for each of the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade problems.

Tablet

The Runner-Up Student Winners will each receive a tablet computer, which does not include a data plan (Approximate Retail Value $125).

529 Plan

The Runner-Up Student Winners will each receive a $2,000 contribution to a 529 plan (a college savings account).

Honorable Mention Prizes

Three Honorable Mention winning students will be chosen, one from the pool of entries for each of the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade problems.

The Honorable Mention Student Winners will each receive a $1,000 contribution to a 529 plan (a college savings account).

Teacher Prizes

Challenge 1: Recognition Winners

Three winning teachers will be selected at random from the list of eligible teachers. An eligible teacher is one that submitted at least three eligible entries in Challenge 1.

$300 Gift Card:

The Teacher Recognition Winners will each receive a $300 American Express gift card for classroom use.

$200 Reimbursement:
Pizza Party

The Teacher Recognition Winners will each receive up to $200 reimbursement for a classroom pizza party.

The nine teachers who submitted the entries of the Student Winners as listed above will receive the following prizes.
